Teltronics PBX, software? help?

Hello All

I have inherited a 12-year-old Teltronics Vision PBX that I know
nothing about. (I'm a data guy, not voice.)

I am stuck calling a consultant when I need to make minor changes.

Does anyone have access to the software needed to configure these
PBXs? I realize I can use HyperTerminal, but would benefit more from
having the software.

I realize this is not a telephony user group, but this group is so
active I figured I'd give it a shot.

Thanks in advance,
Andy

can't help you with Teltronics. Is your consultant helpful? see if he can
provide software pkg for you and cost. (most importantly training on
running software)
chances are if you can log on with hyperterminal then your consultant
probabaly will not know much about software you are refering to. unless the
software can be used with current phone systems. about how many phones are
on your system? what are you considering minor changes?
