I mean when is Request primitive used and when is Indication primitive
used?

Hi,
Rohit,

An indication is received by the TCAP user from the TCAP service
access point.
A request is received by the TCAP service access point from the TCAP
user.

When a TCAP user sends a TC-INVOKE request on a service access point
it will
be received at by the destination TCAP user as a TC-INVOKE indication.
