We have a new employee and I need to know how to get into the
voicemail set up to change the name on one of our extensions. The user
guide has no information on voicemail set up.

Find the approprate Voice Mail system guide and it will. The
extension user spells out his name in section 4 of the VM setup for
the characters for the *1 directory. You may have other issues if you
have custom service menus.

Any suggestions for how to find "the appropriate voice mail system guide"? I have tried every combination of that with Panosonic KX T633 and come up with zilch.

One on-line suggestion told me to dial my extension. I tried that on intercom and got a busy. I tried using another line to dial my phone number line and it never answered as no voice mail set up.
